CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Aqua S.M.I.L.E: Slower Moves, Impact Lowered Exercise in the pool provides a fun yet challenging workout for all levels.
AquaFunn Basics: Back to the Basics, But with Fun & Finesse. Aquatic training that everyone enjoys, excellent introduction to aquatic fitness training.
AquaFunn Free-Style: Cruise into Cardio-Riffic shape with this fun and free-style format of shallow water training. Get pumped without concentrating on the “next move!”
HydroCircuits: an awesome exercise experience utilizing different “tools” and taking your workout into anew realm. Total-body training that will increase coordination, flexibility, stability and strength.
AquaYoga STRENGTH: a unique and innovative aqua yoga program which explores familiar poses in new and challenging ways. Purposeful movements produce personalized results. Strengthen the body without joint stress. Build a stronger, more agile body in and out of the pool.
Fluid Moves: Energize and tone your entire body with movements based on a variety of disciplines: Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Ai Chi, Dance and more.
Focus & Flow: mindful movement and guided imagery blend with a splash of imagination and the power of water in this fun and unique workout.
Balance, Core & More: Improve balance, posture and core strength with this low to no impact functional workout. Fall prevention and ADL performance focused.
S’WET™: Structured Water Exercise Training incorporates unique training blocks focused on H.I.I.T., strength and advanced cardio training plus a splash of fun that will challenge your entire body and make you S’WET!
Tabata: Is a form of HIIT where the exercise is broken down into 20 seconds of exercise with 10 seconds of rest. Each class features different exercises.
20/20/20: 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of core exercises
Yoga: Fitness class revolving around different poses where you flow through the different moves using very limited equipment.
Chair Yoga: A yoga class for individuals who are wanting an easier alternative to the standard yoga
Zumba: A dance fitness program that combines music and dance for a fun and energetic class
Silver Sneakers Classic: A low-impact class focusing on muscular strength, flexibility, and balance.
Turn Up: Combination of HIIT, Strength, and Dance colliding into a high energy, music driven workout! No dance experience required- just bring your energy and let the music take control. Explicit music is used so its recommended you are 16+
Rise & Grind: Start your morning with power and purpose! This high-energy class combines cycling and strength training for the ultimate full body workout!
Circuitz: Rotate through a series of stations utilizing body weight, free weights, and resistance training. A full body workout designed to ignite your muscles and get your heart pumping.
Rebound: High energy, low-impact class uses a mini trampoline to deliver a fun, full-body workout. Expect cardio intervals, strength moves, balance challenges, and core work- all set to motivating music.
H.I.I.T.: HIIT is a high-energy, full-body workout proven to burn fat, build muscle, and boost metabolism long after class ends. Expect heart-pumping intervals, strength training, and nonstop motivation in a supportive group environment.
