FitZone has a dedicated weight training area for members of all skill levels. The combination of free weights and weight machines will allow everyone to get a complete workout.

Our other weight room located adjacent to the first one has its own door to access the room. In here you can choose any music you want while lifting!

Cardio

FitZone has a variety of machines for members to target overall cardiovascular fitness.

FitZone has a therapy pool that is available for lap swimming as well as aquatic classes

Athletic Field

FitZone has a 78’x180’ turf field that is available for training throughout the week.

Cold Plunge

FitZone has a cold plunge that is kept at 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Cold plunge is a short immersion in cold water that helps refresh the body and mind.

Infrared Sauna

FitZone has an infrared sauna that uses gentle heat to warm the body from the inside out, promoting deep relaxation and recovery.
